Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To initiate a return, please contact us at empile.contact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at empile.contact@gmail.com

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as gift cards, final sale items, and personal care items, are non-returnable. Please review each product’s return eligibility before purchasing.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs and Import Fees, Customs Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or cancellations for orders delayed or returned due to unpaid customs fees or taxes. We recommend checking your country’s import policies before placing an order.
